The prestigious chef Carlos Navarro has created the menu of this Japanese delicacy for Amàre Hotels. Navarro is considered one of the most recognized sushiman on the national scene today, and so has been awarded in the World Sushi Championship held in Japan in 2016 and with the second place in the European final of the Japan Culinary Arts Awards in 2024.
